The company was founded in 1945 by Franz Kiel. For over sixty years they have been producing seats for passenger transports and commercial vehicles. The range includes passenger seats for buses and trains as well as special seating solutions such as folding seats, tip-up seats, mother-child seats or seats for phisically disabled, wheel-case seats, corner solutions.
