ModenaBus was born in 2013 as a Division of TEKNE srl, company specializing in transforming and supplying heavy duty off-road vehicles for sectors like quarry/construction, mining, oversized transports and, in general, heavy duty. Furthermore TEKNE is specialized in designing and producing electronic systems and components, electric wirings, panels and electromechanical systems and components for several sectors above all within off-road vehicles and lifting.
Trough its network of offices and business units, ModenaBus guarantees the full control of the production cycle of the vehicle. From research and development to engineering, from prototyping to testing, from production of individual pieces to mass production, from training to after-sales and spare parts.
In addition to the locations of Poggiofiorito (headquarters) and Modena (engineering, prototypes and small series production) the ModenaBus brand also relies on the operations in Termoli (currently being set up as a production plant), Guastalla (sales and after-sales) and Johannesburg, South Africa, for the export of special vehicles in Southern Africa via its subsidiary Autumn Star Trading.
