May 2013 CEASED ACTIVITIES -Viseon Bus is young German company linked to the MAN brand. Established in 2008 with a shareholding of Man Nutzfahrzeuge, the following year the company noted to the former factory Neoplan Pilsting, the plant opened more than thirty years ago in southern Germany. Viseon Bus collaborates with Man, working on commission with special bus conversion. In addition, the company manufactures small series of city buses, coaches, airport shuttle buses, special vehicles and trolleybuses. In May 2010, Viseon Bus noted the Man capital share becoming a completely independent manufacturer. Two years later, in May 2012, the company entered the orbit of a Chinese industrial group, the Youngman Automobile Group (also linked to the MAN and Neoplan brands), who becomes the majority shareholder of Viseon Bus.
